Our clinic is open from Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday by appointment only. Please call and request a Saturday appointment, we do not allow online booking for Saturdays.

We accept Anthem, Anthem Healthkeepers, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Self pay is also an option as we have inexpensive rates that are often cheaper than deductibles.
Walk-ins can be accommodated but we recommend using our online booking system.
